Comment on outcomes from an independent evaluator hired by a national foundation: "(The organization) appears to be experiencing a rebirth... It has a new three-year strategic plan which appears compelling, well-designed, directive and achievable, and its financial situation appears to be healthy..."
Comments from the director of development comments on the planning: "Our Board of Directors really stepped up this year. While during the first quarter we were getting to know each other better and identifying our new goals, the rest of the year blossomed into a great collaboration of board and staff efforts. The Board engaged several of our major donors over the last two-quarters of the year seeking feedback for our Strategic Planning.
