A local group successfully expanded statewide, then regional throughout a four state area. Learning and refining services as they grew, they created a solid core of staff and widely respected package of services. Their board grew to include national experts.
A fast evolving marketplace combined with societal, and political opportunities suggested the time was now to expand.
An assessment revealed great, passionate support for their work but also suggested they might have too many good prospective directions. A series of strategic directions were identified for the board to consider.
