Capital campaign is broken
Challenge:
Due to a natural disaster, a well established organization was forced to mount a capital campaign to be able to keep operating. The campaign consultants predicted success but that's not what happened.
Outcome:
A strategy to gracefully close the campaign in combination with new fundraising strategies enabled this 90 year old group to move forward in a new, positive effort.
