How do we work together for a big goal?
Challenge:
21 local, regional, and national groups realized collaboration was the only way to achieve their objectives. But how could they work together and leverage existing and new resources?
Outcome:
Provided critical facilitation and created strategy of fundraising consortium of more than 21 local, regional and national groups with a collective target of $680 million for conservation projects. The director described it this way: "Kevin Johnson has been the key cog in enabling (our groups) visualize the opportunity to work together on fundraising and in providing the concepts and tools to increase individual organizational and collective fundraising capacity."
